HOW DOES IT WORK?

All tickets include hotel accommodation.

As with any other holiday, you need to book as a group. Most rooms sleep 2–3 people - check the examples on the accommodation page.

WHEN CAN I BOOK?

Kala 2026 is officially sold out - sign ups for 2027 are now open.

This year we are introducing a fan to fan resale.

Sometimes life gets in the way and people need to cancel their reservations.

If / when people decide to list their rooms for sale, we’ll send a link to everyone on the waiting list.

Rooms will be added as they become available, so check back regularly.

What happens once I’ve requested to resell?

Once you’ve submitted your request, your booking will be listed on our site within 24 hours. If submitted over the weekend, it will be uploaded on the following Monday.

How long does the resale run for?

The fan-to-fan resale will run until 15th May.

What happens if my booking sells?

If your accommodation is successfully resold, we’ll transfer it to the new buyer and refund everything you paid, including extras, minus the booking fee. We’ll let you know via email if and when this happens.

What happens if my booking doesn’t sell?

We can't guarantee your booking will sell, but we'll do everything we can to find it a new home.

If your accommodation doesn’t sell by 15th May, your booking stays in place.

In this case, we're unable to issue a refund but if you’d still like to attend, you’ll just need to email hello@kala.al to confirm you’d like to keep it and pay any remaining balance by 18th May.

What if I change my mind?

No problem at all. If your booking hasn’t sold and you decide you’d like to keep it, just email us at hello@kala.al and we’ll remove it from resale.

What if I have multiple rooms and not all of them sell?

If only part of your booking is resold, you’ll receive a partial refund for the spaces that sold. The rest of your booking stays in place, with any remaining balance due by 18th May.

Can I resell extras?

Extras can't be resold separately. If your booking sells, you'll be refunded for any extras you've purchased. If it doesn't, your extras will remain on your booking as normal.

What does it mean if my booking is on hold?

When your booking is on hold, you won’t be able to make changes to it,  including adding extras (like transfers) or making further instalment payments.

Do you sell tickets without accommodation?

Nope, all Kala tickets include both accommodation + festival ticket.

Why? To keep prices fair, avoid inflated hotel rates during festival week, and make your trip as smooth as possible.

Can I buy a ticket from someone else?

Only ever buy your ticket through the official Kala website.

Scammers love big festivals and fake tickets are out there. Here’s the deal:

  • We don’t release e-tickets until the week before the festival, so if someone says they’ve got one already, it’s fake.
  • If you’re unsure, email our team and we’ll check for you.
  • The safest bet? Join our waiting list and grab yours direct.

When will I receive my ticket?

You’ll get your e-ticket and pre-trip info a few weeks before Kala.

Bring your e-ticket with you, swap it for a wristband when you arrive, and you’re good to go.

Can I come as a solo traveller?

Yes! We have a handful of solo spots, but they sell out quickly.

Can I add someone to my booking later?

Yes! If there’s a spare bed:

Send hello@kala.al your new guest’s full name and email address.

Our customer service team will handle the rest.

Once added, your friend will receive a link to pay their deposit, and they’ll be all set to join your group.
