Sometimes life gets in the way. If your plans have changed and you can no longer make it, here's what to do depending on your situation:
If the whole group can no longer make it
This year we are introducing a fan to fan resale to help those of you in this situation. Here is how it works:
1. Make sure everyone in the group agrees to list the reservation for sale
2. Fill out the form linked below
3. We'll put your booking on hold and list it on our ticket page
4. If it sells, your booking is cancelled and we refund everything paid, minus the booking fee
Please note: We can't guarantee your reservation will sell.
If it doesn't, as with any holiday booking, cancelling this close to arrival will incur a cancellation fee.
These commitments are made directly with accommodation and transport providers, who we've already paid in full, so we're not able to recoup funds at this stage.

If the rest of the group can still make it
The simplest solution is to find someone to take your spot.
Name changes are free up to 6 weeks before the event, after which a small admin fee applies. Changes can be made up to 1 week before arrival via the customer portal.
